By creating an account with SaaS Depot ("SaaS Depot," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the SaaS Depot platform or any of its services.
SaaS Depot is a modular, multi-solution platform offering the following business solutions: CRM, Client Billing, Support Desk, Scheduling, Analytics, Projects, Inventory, and Finances. Customers may subscribe to one or more solutions and add additional solutions at any time. All solutions are managed through a single unified account and customer dashboard.
SaaS Depot offers a 14-day free trial of all available solutions. The trial period begins on the date your account is created. During the trial period, you will have access to all solutions at no cost.
A valid credit card is required to start the free trial. Your card will not be charged during the 14-day trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Automatic Billing After Trial. When a solution is marked as subscribed (active) on your account at the time the free trial ends, that solution will be automatically charged at a rate of $200.00 per month per solution, plus any applicable taxes. Billing begins on the first day following the expiration of your 14-day trial period.
For example, if you have three solutions marked as subscribed when your trial ends, your monthly billing will be $600.00 plus applicable taxes ($200.00 x 3 solutions).
Per-Solution Pricing. Each solution is billed independently at $200.00 per month. You may add or remove solutions at any time. Adding a solution mid-cycle will result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. Removing a solution will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Taxes. Applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, or other taxes will be added to all charges in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The tax amount will be displayed on your invoice.
Recurring Billing. By subscribing to any solution, you authorize SaaS Depot to automatically charge your credit card on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled. Billing occurs on the same date each month corresponding to the end of your trial period.
Cancellation. You may cancel any solution subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To cancel, navigate to the Subscriptions page in your customer dashboard and cancel the desired solution, or contact our support team.
You agree to use SaaS Depot only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into SaaS Depot. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time through the customer dashboard.
SaaS Depot strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
SaaS Depot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
SaaS Depot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
SaaS Depot may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SaaS Depot ("SaaS Depot," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using SaaS Depot, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
Account Information. When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and other organizational details you provide.
Payment Information. When you subscribe to a solution, we collect credit card information including cardholder name, billing address, card number (last four digits stored), expiration date, and ZIP code. Credit card numbers are processed securely through our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
Business Data. You may enter contacts, companies, leads, opportunities, invoices, support tickets, appointments, project data, inventory records, and financial data into the platform. This data is associated with your organization and is treated as confidential.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, access times, and activity logs within your account.
Technical Data. We collect server logs, error reports, and performance metrics to maintain and improve the platform.
We use your information for the following purposes:
We do not use your business data (contacts, companies, invoices, etc.) for any purpose other than providing the services you have subscribed to. Your business data is never used to train external models or sold to third parties.
SaaS Depot does not sell your personal information or business data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing (PBKDF2-SHA256), restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. Payment card data is tokenized and processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel all subscriptions, your account data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, all business data (contacts, invoices, tickets, projects, etc.) associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
You may request deletion of your data at any time before the 30-day window expires. Certain information may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax records, billing history).
SaaS Depot uses session cookies to maintain user authentication and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics data is collected through our own server logs and does not include third-party tracking.

SaaS Depot is hosted in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using SaaS Depot, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU users and CCPA for California residents, where applicable.
